Asphalt Plant Constriction

An Asphalt Plant is being built adjacent to the GHAAS Observatory in Eckley, PA. Outdoor Lighting and emissions from the plant at night could severely impact operation of the observatory site and may render it useless for astronomical studies and programs. For details see the following:
